  • Advice to an Anglo-Saxon investment fund for the off-market acquisition and financing of a portfolio of 26 assets, totalling near to 100,000 m² of distribution areas;
  • Advice to a North American pension fund for the implementation of a partnership for the acquisition of residential assets in France;
  • Advice to an independent global investment manager focusing on the transport sector for the acquisition of a logistics portfolio of 15 assets with a total surface area of 73,000 m²;
