He also advises wealthy families. Pierre-Emmanuel often intervenes in the setting up of partnerships between investors or between investors and managers, in various industrial, trade or service sectors and notably, hotel industry and health care, as well as partnerships between investors and real estate developers or between developers.

Sandrine's experience is widely recognized in private equity (LBOs, expansion capital and turnarounds), acquisitions/divestitures, restructuring and complex issues such as carve-outs. She is regularly involved in the media, entertainment, distribution and industrial sectors, among others.

Vincent works in mergers and acquisitions and has nearly 20 years of experience in international law firms. Combining expertise in corporate law and real estate, he assists operators, institutional investors, investment funds and industrial groups. He has significant experience in the hotel and real estate transaction sectors.
Vincent previously worked in the M&A private equity and real estate departments of the firm Mayer Brown.
