Sandrine's experience is widely recognized in private equity (LBOs, expansion capital and turnarounds), acquisitions/divestitures, restructuring and complex issues such as carve-outs. She is regularly involved in the media, entertainment, distribution and industrial sectors, among others.

She advises investment funds as well as medium-sized and large companies.

With over 20 years of experience and a solid base of both French and Anglo-Saxon clients, Pierre-Emmanuel specialises in real estate investments, M&A and private equity.

He works alongside institutional investors (insurance companies, investment funds) as well as with legal and financial departments of industrial and service groups and property companies. He also advises wealthy families. Pierre-Emmanuel often intervenes in the setting up of partnerships between investors or between investors and managers, in various industrial, trade or service sectors and notably, hotel industry and health care, as well as partnerships between investors and real estate developers or between developers.

Vincent works in mergers and acquisitions and has nearly 20 years of experience in international law firms. Combining expertise in corporate law and real estate, he assists operators, institutional investors, investment funds and industrial groups. He has significant experience in the hotel and real estate transaction sectors.

His clients rely on his expertise for :

• the acquisition and disposal of groups of companies or portfolios of real estate or hotel assets;
• the establishment of joint ventures;
• the acquisition of equity interests and their follow-up, particularly through build-up operations;
• the establishment of hotel management contracts and asset management contracts.
