Aubry has extensive experience in matters concerning complex real estate investment, acquisitions and property transfers, property development, implementing real estate joint ventures and real estate funds. He advises both French and Anglo-Saxon institutions as well as industrial groups.

Aubry practiced in the real estate department at Clifford Chance for 9 years , he joined the firm in 2003 and was made a partner in 2008. He began his career as an associate at the law firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.
