After Neslihan Gabriel-Denizkurdu’s partnership in January 2018, Fairway continues its development with the appointment of Franck Denis as a partner to foster its real estate practice.
The appointment of Franck Denis is part of Fairway’s strategy to continue its development as a key player in the real estate industry in France and internationally and reflects Fairway’s desire to meet the requirements of an industry that gets ever more complex.
Franck Denis is a recognized specialist in development operations as well as for the acquisition and disposal of all types of real estate assets. His expertise also covers the field of construction and commercial leases. He advises institutional investors, real estate companies, developers and major users. He has great experience with advising foreign clients for their investments in France.

Lawyer at the New York and Paris bars since 2006, Franck Denis holds a DESS in International Business Law (University of Burgundy-Dijon, 2003) and a L.L.M “Master of Laws” (University of Minnesota Law School, USA, 2004). He started his career in the Real Estate and Finance Transactions department of Gide in 2006 before joining Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés in 2011. After two years at DLA Piper France, which he joined in 2015 as Counsel, he joined the investment, Real Estate Development and Management Project department of Fairway to work alongside Emmanuel Cazin.
