In July 2015, Fairway advised :

  • CBRE GLOBAL INVESTORS within the scope of the acquisition of the real estate portfolio “Celcius” composed of 10 shopping centers in France and in Belgium and valued at more than € 1.3 billion Euros.
  • GECINA within the scope of the acquisition of two office buildings (Avenir Danton Défense and Avenir Grande Armée) from Ivanohé Cambridge valued at € 1.3 billion Euros.
  • EURAZEO within the scope of the rental of the building with MOST INVESCO (4,100 sqm)
  • GENERALI within the scope of the lease, in the future state of completion, by Invesco of the Generali Tower located in La Défense (47,000 sqm, future headquarters of Saint-Gobain)
  • CAPIO within the scope of the lease, in the future state of completion, of a clinic by Icade Santé
  • ZÜBLIN IMMOBILIERE FRANCE within the scope of the strengthening of capital and management resources, refinancing of bank debt and the evolution of governance
  • LA FRANÇAISE AM within the scope of the funding of overall requirement and capital expenditures of 26 buildings totalling € 100 M.
  • LA FRANÇAISE AM within the scope of the funding of overall requirement and capital expenditures of 22 buildings totalling € 50 M.

 

In August 2015, Fairway advised:

  • BOUWFONDS within the scope of the leasing of parking spaces with Vinci Park
  • UNICB MBwithin the scope of the financing of the acquisition of a building located in Pantin and valued at € 86 M

 

In September 2015, Fairway advised:

  • CBRE GLOBAL INVESTORS within the scope of the acquisition for 200 billion Euros of the portfolio Bastide (60,000 sqm) from Patrizia France including 971 housing units and 7 commercial units.
  • PRIMONIAL REIM within the scope of the acquisition, from LBO France, of the real estate offices property OMEGA (17,000 sqm of floor space and 345 parking spaces)
  • CARLYLE within the scope of the cession for 80 billion Euros of the Tour Montreuil, a real estate offices property, from GCI and Infrared
  • VIVENDI within the scope of the acquisition of the real estate property Studio de Boulogne from Arizona Asset Management
  • UK EI within the scope of the repurchase from Lasalle Asset Management of a real esate offices property locaded in Suresnes
  • CARMILA within the scope of the acquisition of the shares of a company indirectly holding a shopping center in Thionville.
  • PRIMONIAL within the scope of the acquisition of La Redoute’s headquarters in Roubaix

In October 2015,  Fairway advised:

  • ARES MANAGEMENT within the scope of the sale of an office building to Tishman Speyer valued at € 102,9 M
  • PRIMONIAL REIM within the scope of the acquisition of businesses in four distinct commercial areas from MP EXPANSION / CDRC Developpment
  • PRIMONIAL REIM within the scope of the acquisition of an office building from Lazard Group valued at € 18 M
  • PRIMONIAL REIM within the scope of the financing of the acquisition of an office building valued at € 200,5 M
  • ARES MANAGEMENT within the scope of the lease of an office building “Campus” by SAGEM DEFENSE SECURITE in Massy ( 15 000 sqm)
  • EMERSON within the scope of the sale of an office real estate asset to FAMCO located in Rueil Malmaison

In November 2015,  Fairway advised:

  • ANF IMMOBILIER   within the scope of the leasing of two stores in the historic former headquarters of the Banque de France located in Lyon
  • PITCH PROMOTION face to the five big law firms advising  Altarea Cogedim within the scope of their recovery. The completion of the transaction will take place in February 2016
  • AVIVA INVESTORS REAL ESTATE within the acquisition of an office building located rue de l’Echelle in Paris
  • DTZ Investors France within the acquisition of an office building (6 150 sqm and 64 parking spaces) located in the Madeleine area in Paris and rent to Hermes International.
  • BROOKS BROTHERS within the scope of the leasing of a store in the new commercial centre operated by Unibail in Cagnes-sur Mer named Polygone Riviera

In December 2015,  Fairway advised:

  • DCB International within the acquisition, from an Investment Fund of the Middle East, of the two buildings’ headquarters of Sanofi Pasteur (20,000 sqm) located in Lyon
  • DTZ Investors France within the sale to an institutional investor of the historic Sony headquarters located 92 av. de Wagram – Paris 17. (approximately 2,700 sm and 10 parking spaces)
  • PRIMONIAL REIM within the acquisition, from Emerige and AOG, of a commercial space rent to Monoprix and located boulevard Rapail and boulevard de Grenelle  (more than 1 500 sqm on floor and three levels)
  • PEMBROKE RE within the sale to a French  institutional investor represented by Icade Asset Management of a real estate property (approximately 3,500 sqm)  located avenue Kléber, Paris 16
  • BROOKS BROTHERS within the scope of the leasing of a store in the One Nation outlet centre located in western Paris.

  • CREDIT AGRICOLE CIB within the scope of the acquisition of Adecco’s headquarters in Villeurbanne (9000 sqm) and the construction of an office site (more than 13 000 sqm)
