About Sandrine

Sandrine’s experience is widely recognized in private equity (LBOs, expansion capital and turnarounds), acquisitions/divestitures, restructuring and complex issues such as carve-outs. She is regularly involved in the media, entertainment, distribution and industrial sectors, among others.

She advises investment funds as well as medium-sized and large companies.

Her clients call on her for :

– Equity investments (with or without leverage),
– Acquisitions, disposals and mergers,
– Complex equity transactions,
– Group restructuring,
– Assistance with all aspects of the sale, purchase, construction and management of real estate assets (warehouses, shopping centers, hotels, residences, offices, etc.).

Sandrine worked for twenty years in the Corporate Finance department of Cabinet Ayache, where she was promoted to partner in 2006. She began her career as an associate at Hoche.
