Frédéric Lefébure, David Franco and Cloé Teisson (partners), Mary Dutton, Fanny Roiena and Céline Dawaliby (associates) advised Swiss Life Asset Managers France on the transactional, partnership and financing aspects of the acquisition from Grape Hospitality France, by their new institutional fund (with SRI label), in partnership with B&B Hotels, of the premises of 22 hotels.

The 22 hotels total 1,797 rooms and are located throughout France. They will undergo a major renovation program to bring them into line with the B&B Hotels concept.

With this acquisition and the launch of their new institutional fund, Swiss Life Asset Managers France is reaffirming its commitment to the budget hotel sector, as emphasized by Johanna Capoani, MRICS:

Ten years after the creation of our first hotel fund, we are delighted to be developing our budget hotel assets alongside a renowned player like B&B HOTELS, which shares our philosophy in terms of sustainable development. We are convinced that the budget hotel sector offers attractive growth prospects “.
