Fairway advised La Française Real Estate Managers (REM) in the financing of the acquisition of the Edo building, located at 3 Allée de Grenelle in Issy-les-Moulineaux, from Covivio. The acquisition of this 11,000 sq.m. office complex was partially financed by the bank BayernLB. The building was acquired by La Française REM on behalf of the SCPI LF Grand Paris Patrimoine, the SCI LF Multimmo and Qualimmo and the OPCI LF OPSIS Patrimoine.
Edo has been fully leased by Transdev, the multimodality specialist, since 2017 via a nine-year firm lease. Certified Breeam Very Good and HQE Excellent, Edo has 1,300 sq.m of divisible floor space, 163 parking spaces, a company restaurant and numerous terraces and outdoor areas. “Soft mobility is greatly encouraged with the presence of charging stations for electric vehicles, a secure bicycle room and the proximity of public transportation. In addition, the building’s roof is planted with vegetation to promote biodiversity,” says La Française REM.
