Fairway advised Generali Real Estate, on behalf of the GF Pierre fund, on the acquisition from the Norwegian group Aspelin Ramm of a building located 40, rue Notre-Dame-des-Victoires in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. The final sale of this 3,350 sq.m mixed-use asset for slightly more than €50 million – over 99% leased and housing the Galopin brewery at the foot of the building and the offices of a BNP Paribas branch on the upper floors –  was recorded in the first quarter of 2020.
