In December 2013, Fairway advised Icade Promotion Tertiaire in the negotiation of a contract of real estate promotion with AG2R La Mondiale, building owner, for the construction of a 15.000 sqm office use and 990 sqm commercial use building, in the ZAC Paris Rive Gauche. The building, which will span the railroad, will be delivered in the third quarter of 2017.
