Fairway advised Dimitri Rassam on the establishment of YAPLUKA, an independent European “mini-studio” dedicated to film financing and distribution, as well as on its €60 million fundraising from a group of investors including M6, Pathé, CMA Media, Bpifrance, and insurers Areas and Monceau Assurances.
